Tension Force Tester (Tensile Testing Equipment)

  1. Equipment capable of measuring tensile and shear strength of components mounted on PCBs.
  2. Approved by Samsung SDI and supplied to protection circuit manufacturers.
  3. Using forward and reverse buttons, the system is designed to perform both tensile and shear force testing through a shared operation method.
  4. Equipped with limit switches that automatically stop motor movement when the preset travel limit is reached, enhancing product safety.
  5. Equipped with a motor and force gauge, enabling accurate force measurement.
  6. Real-time force measurement values can be displayed on a PC.
  7. Supports graph data storage and automatic pass/fail judgment based on predefined criteria.
  • Reliability Tester 2

Bending Tester (Bending Strength Test Equipment)

  1. The support rod can be automatically controlled to move UP/DOWN to the desired position.

  2. Dimensions can be easily set through the control panel.

  3. Measured length values can be easily checked using a gauge.

  4. A reliability testing system that measures limit values through PCB bending.

  5. Manual-type equipment can also be manufactured upon request.

  • Reliability Tester 3

Bending Tester (Drop Test Equipment)

  1. Enables automatic free-fall drop testing of test products from heights of up to 2 meters.

  2. Through free-fall drop testing, the damage threshold of the product can be evaluated.

  3. Drop height can be set and adjusted to designated positions and levels.

  4. Speed control is available via a dial when setting the height.
