PCB ASS’Y Function Tester (Pneumatic Type)

  • Used for performance (functional) testing of PCB assembly products related to electronic devices.
  • Operated by air cylinders; for safety, the system activates only when both left and right switches are pressed simultaneously.
  • UP/DOWN speed is adjustable.
  • Pin point design is available on both the top and bottom sides of the PCB ASS’Y, ensuring no distortion during operation and accurate pin contact.
  • PCB: Customizable regardless of size,  Pin Points: Supports up to 160 points
  • When changing models, the pin board and product positioning mask board can be manufactured separately, allowing quick and easy model changeover.
    (Detachable pin board structure enables easy maintenance and after-service.)

Auto Eject Machine(PCM Automatic Extraction System)

  • An automated system designed for PCM functional testing and automatic extraction of defective products.
  • Uses a pneumatic cylinder control system to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD).
  • Composed of a PCM functional inspection unit and a defective product extraction unit.
  • Automatically performs PCM functional testing and extracts defective products to prevent human errors, such as missed defect judgments during PC monitoring.
  • When a defect is detected during PCM testing, the red LED on the extraction unit turns ON to notify the operator, and only the defective product is automatically extracted.
  • One operator can control multiple machines simultaneously, resulting in reduced process costs and increased production capacity.

Rack Press Function Tester

  • BMS functional testing for E-bike and robot applications.
  • Uses a high-current pin board system, enabling testing of up to 70A per channel and simultaneous testing of 3 channels.
  • Performs primary inspection using top-side pins, followed by secondary inspection using rear-side pins without moving the product.
  • Cylinder sensors allow monitoring of cylinder error locations when an error occurs.
  • To prevent damage to the test product, even if a test cancel command is issued from the jig, the inspection equipment completes all ongoing tests before recognizing the jig cancel command.
  • Operator safety is ensured through the use of an area sensor bar.
